Our Wake Forest location is conveniently located inside of O2 Fitness Wake Forest, in the Grove 98 Shopping Center. Renew Wellness serves both members and non-members of O2 Fitness.
When you walk into the O2 Fitness lobby, the first Renew Wellness treatment room is past the front desk, in the main room on the left. Each Physical Therapist has their own private room where you will be treated 1-on-1 every time.
