Renew Wellness accepts all insurances and is in network with most plans. If you do not see your provider listed below, we can verify your insurance for you. If you have any questions about insurance, email info@renewwellness.care

Before your initial visit, our team will review your insurance plan to identify physical therapy benefits. You'll be informed about your coverage details, including any co-pays required at each visit, which we accept via cash, check, credit card, HSA, or FSA cards.

Verification of insurance benefits is not a guarantee of payment. Any balance not covered by insurance is required to be paid by the client. We attempt we verify benefits as a courtesy, if you are unsure about your coverage please call your provider prior to your treatment. 

Certain insurances require authorization for physical therapy.  We will attempt to obtain authorization, if authorization is denied or you wish to continue treatment while authorization is under review, you agree to pay $95 per treatment reimbursable to you if authorization is approved. We encourage you to follow up with your insurance to make sure all authorization is approved.

*It is important to understand that there are many small steps (beyond the outline provided above) within the process. Exceptions are common. At any time along the way, information may be missing, mis-communicated, or misunderstood. This can delay the payment process. While it is common for the payment process to be completed in 60 days or less, it is not uncommon for the physical therapy clinic to receive payment as long as six months after the treatment date.

Medicare:

Physical therapy is covered for Federal Medicare patients up to the Federal Medicare threshold. Any treatment required above that threshold, requires payment at time of treatment until further verification is obtained. 

Worker's Comp:

Worker’s compensation medical expenses are covered by the Worker’s Compensation Laws in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Self Pay:

Most 1-on-1 options are cashed based and on average cost between $150-$200 per session. We offer TRUE 1-on-1 self pay options at a very reasonable cost without any loss of Quality of Care.

  • 45 Minute Treatment Session - $95
  • 20 Minute Performance/ Recovery Session - $50

If you are covered by insurance but would rather self-pay, your payments do not reflect on your deductible, and you are not able to resubmit those services later to your insurance company. 

Auto Billing:

For convenience, we offer autopay at all locations, securely storing your credit card to automatically charge for each visit and after invoicing—eliminating paper bills. Receipts are emailed post-charge, with detailed receipts upon request. Remaining balances are collected after claim processing.

*Please Note: It can take 6-8 weeks for claims to process.

Cancellation Policy:

We require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or changes to avoid a $50 fee charged to your card on file, including for initial evaluations. This helps us manage our schedule and serve all patients effectively.
