WE ACCEPT ALL INSURANCES

Renew Wellness accepts all insurances and is in network with most plans. If you do not see your provider listed below, we can verify your insurance for you. If you have any questions about insurance, email info@renewwellness.care

Before your first appointment, our staff will help identify physical therapy benefits within your insurance plan. All information regarding your insurance benefits and limitations will be communicated with you. We want to be able to find the best possible plan for you while verifying your provider. If your insurance requires a co-pay, we will ask for this payment at each appointment. We accept payments by cash, check, or credit card. We also accept HSA and FSA cards for all treatment offerings and/or copayments.

Verification of insurance benefits is not a guarantee of payment. Any balance not covered by insurance is required to be paid by the client. We attempt we verify benefits as a courtesy, if you are unsure about your coverage please call your provider prior to your treatment.
